9の価値観（コアバリュー）9 Core Values

 

1. エキサイティングな賛美礼拝 私達は、神に喜ばれる礼拝者となり、神様を経験し、聖霊の満たしと解放、奇跡がなされると信じます。1. Dynamic praise and worshipWe believe we will be worshippers that bring joy to God, experiencing God, being filled with the Holy Spirit and seeing people set free and receiving miracles.

 

2. すべての世代が、次世代を育てる私たちは、全ての世代が、次世代を育て、福音を伝えることができる新しいキリストの弟子をトレーニングし、育て遣わすことが大切だと信じます。2. All generations building up the next generationWe believe all generations have a role to play in nurturing the next generation, training them to be new disciples of Christ to share the gospel and send them out.

 

3. 賜物をチームで生かす 私たちは、一人一人が与えられた賜物（能力、ギフト）を見出し、トレーニングし、共に建て上げることが大切だと信じます。3. Using gifts as a teamWe believe each person will discover their gifts (talents and gifts of the Spirit) and be trained and be built up together.

 

4. 喜び 私たちは、人生を喜び、喜んで仕えることこそ教会の命であると信じます。4. JoyWe believe the life of the church is enjoying life and rejoicing in serving.

 

5. 自然体  私たちは、偽善的なクリスチャン生活を嫌い、神様との個人的な関係によって自然体で御言を行なうことが価値ある生活だと信じます。5. AuthenticityWe value living out the word of God authentically through each individual’s personal relationship with God rather than hypocritical “Christian living”.

 

6. 魂を救い勝ち取る私たちは、まだ救われていない全ての人々をキリストの救いへと導くことは、教会の重要な使命であると信じます。6. Saving and winning soulsWe believe the important mission of the church is to lead all people that are not yet saved to the salvation of Christ.

 

7. 弟子として成長する私たちは、救われるだけではなく、キリストの弟子となって、成長していくことが目的であると信じます。7. Maturing as disciplesWe believe people should not only be saved, but also become disciples of Christ with the goal of maturity.

 

8. 父の愛 私たちは、父なる神様の愛を覆いとして、神様の家族として、受け入れ、赦しあう関係が全てを生かすと信じます。8. Love of the FatherWe believe that the love of God the Father is our covering and that relationships built on acceptance and forgiveness are the key to living as the family of God.

 

9. 恵み  Grace私たちは、たとえ自分の弱さをを知っても、神様の絶大な恵みによって、強くされることを信じます。9. GraceWe believe through the tremendous grace of God we will be strengthened even as we acknowledge our own weakness.
